NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana invites employers, community leaders, training partners, supporters, and neighbors to the 10th Annual Update to the Community Luncheon.
This milestone gathering will share NOVA's latest workforce progress, recognize the partnerships expanding opportunity across Northeast Louisiana, and celebrate the people building lasting careers.

The luncheon will feature Henry Thornton, Community Development Regional Manager for Meta.
Henry leads local community development for Meta's data centers in Alabama and Louisiana. His work connects community priorities with investments, partnerships, education, charitable giving, and public-sector collaboration.
A community update with purpose
NOVA's annual luncheon brings together the employers, workforce and training partners, community leaders, sponsors, and supporters helping Northeast Louisiana residents prepare for living-wage careers.
Guests will hear about NOVA's impact, regional workforce progress, participant opportunity, and the partnerships helping local families move forward.
Tickets, tables, and sponsorships
Individual tickets are $45 each. Reserved tables seat eight guests and are $350 per table.
Organizations can also support the event through Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum sponsorships. Every sponsorship includes reserved seating and event recognition, with benefits increasing by level. All sponsorship levels are tax-deductible.
