A program for people ready to make a lasting change.

NOVA supports Northeast Louisiana adults who are unemployed or underemployed and ready to commit to training, career preparation, and long-term progress.

Commitment matters as much as eligibility.

NOVA is designed for people prepared to participate fully and keep working toward a new career.

You are 18 or older.

You live in Northeast Louisiana.

You are unemployed or underemployed.

Your income falls below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

You have a high school diploma, GED, or HiSET.

You are ready to commit to long-term training and meaningful change.

How NOVA works

    The NOVA team confirms that the program and available support fit your situation.

  4. Meet the team

    Talk through your goals, commitment, and readiness for the program.

  5. Enter the program

    If accepted, work with NOVA to establish your training and support plan.

  6. Build skills and pursue work

    Complete training, prepare for employers, and move toward lasting employment.

  7. Give back

    NOVA graduates are encouraged to strengthen the community that supported their progress.
