The Monroe Regional Black Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to the business development and economic empowerment of the economy, particularly the Black communities throughout the 12 Parish Region that it serves, including Ouachita, Morehouse, Lincoln, East Carroll, West Carroll, Claiborne, Jackson, Madison, Franklin, Tensas, and Union. In our communities that we service, there is a great need for job placement and training.
NOVA has been quite influential and resourceful in helping to assist with these needs. NOVA has been the guide and lead on taking the initiative to assist with the struggles that our communities have faced with employment.
Due to NOVA’s hard work and dedication, The Monroe Regional Black Chamber of Commerce has been able to create more opportunities for our businesses and sustainability for future generations to come.
