Before NOVA, I was working minimum wage jobs that barely covered the basics. I wanted more for my family — a stable income, a better home, and the ability to provide the lifestyle we deserved. Instead, I was constantly stressed, trying to make ends meet.

I often wondered if things would ever change. Would I always be struggling paycheck to paycheck? Would I ever find a way to support my family without feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin?

Then I came to NOVA. From the very beginning, the people were warm, welcoming, and supportive. NOVA provided me with opportunities I didn’t think were possible. They gave me the tools, the encouragement, and the pathway to move forward.

With NOVA’s training and support, I began to believe in myself again. I put in the work, applied what I learned, and step by step, my situation began to change. I no longer had to settle for just getting by — I was able to create a better future for myself and my family.

Today, I am a Licensed Practical Nurse. My stress levels have decreased dramatically. I can pay my bills on time, provide a safe and stable home for my family, and live with the peace of mind that I am truly building the life I always wanted.

NOVA has improved everything about my life. I am living proof that with the right support and determination, you can change your circumstances.
